Too Many updates and forcefully switching windows

Description

Hello, I love the brave browser. but now almost everyday I am getting new update window pop-up. After every update the next day again a new change log and update is shown. this has become very frustrating and bad user experience. Please release your new updates once in a month for users.

Steps to reproduce

1. open browser (macOS)
2. use as normal
3. you will get a new update request in few minutes.
