Passkey not invoked on GOV.IL

Description

When attempting to log in using a saved passkey (in 1Password), the passkey isn't invoked. Instead, there is a grey overlay on top of the page, but nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://login.gov.il/nidp/saml2/sso?id=webauthn&sid=0&option=credential&sid=0
2. Switch to English if necessary.
3. Tap the 'Log in' button.

Actual result

A grey overlay layer is shown over the page, but nothing else happens.

Expected result

The saved passkey should be invoked to allow login.
