Go to Vimm.net and disable vimm.net###footerContainer basic get black bar

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to vimm lair
2. Go block element
3. Removed red buttom bar and they see black screen things.

Actual result

Expected result

Basic won't be black bar and show rest of page with no troubles at all.
