Sending BTC displays incorrect values on the Review page

Description

The “Review Send” page shows an entirely different amount from what a user enters. Entering a higher amount will cause the Review amount to exceed the wallet’s balance.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Brave Wallet
2. Choose BTC to Send
3. Enter an amount of BTC
4. Click Review Send
5. Observe the difference
