Description

Turning the screen off and on multiple times breaks current tab content.

This issue affects Android devices running Pie (API 28) and backwards, the issue could be reproduced on all our versions: stable, beta and nightly.

CPU architecture does not seem to affect the issue as it could be observed on both ARM64 and x86_64 devices.
Observed on latest master commit 72c836ae7b74725b17898ec1a694af12e39c4157.
Observed on latest stable release v1.78.102

Open a random website (e.g. google.com)

Turn off the device screen and then turn it on; repeat the process three times.
Observe the website content turning into black and becoming unresponsive.
The address bar and the bottom bar will remain visible.
