Considering the entire spatial extent for Brazil using more refined grid (BDC_SM) we should add way to tracking down the tile period execution.

For example, generating data cube from tile 089098 from 2021-01-01 to 2021-12-31 (16d => 23 periods). If any period fails, we should tracking the exception cause in general instead looking in activities table.
