Migrate the field specialist to editor in the Curation model. This PR deals with all the required changes for this transition in the code and in the database. In addition, I had to change the many-to-many model associated with these fields from User to Person for consistency. It is a big change and there might still be some lingering issues. I kept the old specialist field until we are clear that it can be removed.
