rscorecard functions are intuitive and easy to use.
the downside is it takes a long time to get lots of data (e.g., pull many variables, all observations, all years) cuz of time necessary to pull from us doe scorecard api
could rscorecard functions be modified such that user could download csv files from Scorecard website, provide R the data directory filepath and then choose to pull data from these locally stored directories rather than pulling from us doe scorecard api
this way rscorecard is superior way to create analysis datasets from rscorecard data cuz combines the intuitive rscorecard functions with the speed of having data stored in local machine
