Moving to `pydantic`: model math object

What can be improved?

Two requirements:

• Math validation should use pydantic instead of YAML schemas.
• User math should be defined as a dictionary instead of a list, allowing users to combine different files using key names.
• Clean up CalliopeMath (is it still needed?)
