Working proof of concept. Added support for generating group vocabulary file for RDM.

Directory integration, Journals collection

This release focuses on Caltech Directory integration browser side. It also includes cold_admin renamed as cold and the integration of a "Journals" UI and for managing the issn.ds collection. The Journals vocabulary is being generated by cold_reports based on the contents of the issn.ds colleciton.

advisors_id data fix

This release adds a script to fix the advisors id missing in our pilot deployment. It also removed some debug output.

This release is a snapshot of work in progress for COLD. It includes using dataset 2.1.22 as the backend, TypeScript compiled with Deno for middleware. It is experimental and subject to changes.
