Description

Closes #3159. To add casing guidelines to WCoE at next release.

The casing here really aligned by chance with what Red (Rad) Hat does by its product naming to help distinguish the terminology references from one another.

"NGINX Ingress Controller" and "ingress-nginx controller" really helps distinguish between the two, but let me know if you have additional thoughts or questions.
