As reported in #210.

Recommended workaround for @Athanaseus is to increase the logfile nesting for now.

@Athanaseus please try the issue-189 branch. This will, at least, append to the logfiles instead of overwriting them.

The nesting problem is a bit more subtle, I'll have to give it a think...
