#UpFixer
- A browser extension that allow the enhancement of existing webpages
- The vast majority of existing webpages are not structured to allow the use of the enhanced browsing facilities of UpBrowser
- I need to check that this is not already perfectly handled by screenreaders like NVDA. This page shows use of headers to navigate a webpage.
- UpFixer will allow anyone to define rules that will restructure any webpage and then share those rules with any other UpBrowser user
- For example, one user can define the rules which will improves the accessibility of lemonde.fr articles so that they can be easily consulted by the UpBrowser
- UpFixer could also be implemented as a JS file to be referenced which would automatically add enhanced browsing to any webpage.
- NOTE : This would obviously have to be performed by the page author (or via a Firefox extension...)
