This updates various dependencies in Ember packages to hopefully make the update to version 5 smoother. It started off as an attempt to address deprecation warnings but I couldn’t find any other than the notorious @ember/string red herring. I added ember-cli-deprecation-workflow anyway for future improved process around handling deprecations.
