Move the extra episodes to learner or episodes

The Extra episodes we created for example workflows are currently in the instructor folder and only show in menus in the instructor view (you can still use the links in learner view luckily) since the transition to the workbench. We should move these so they are viewable in learner view and instructor view - I think to the episodes folder? May take a little playing around to see where they look best in the workbench.
