The panel colors and text of the Dashboards Statistics CardView do not adapt to Dark Mode theme colors.

The White/Black background of the panel titlebars & panel-less areas of the Dashboard is too contrasty to the panels. It should only be a bit darker than the main panel background. And the panel titlebar backgrounds a bit darker than that.
