Thank you very much for your reply amidst your busy schedule. I have checked that the version of this code is in C language. I am also studying this code carefully, but I cannot fully understand it. I would like to ask if there is a MATLAB version available. I have seen that many of your articles have either a MATLAB version or a Python version of the code. Thank you again for your reply. Here is the Python package of the Madagascar sffxynpre function, although
the core computation is still run in C. You can use "pip install pynpre" to
install it.
