I'm running as a docker container in a VPS and after 9 days, when I try to send a message:

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

I've found that message_log.txt file increased up to 4Gb

I've found similar issues:

Weird, the message_log.txt should be written only during testing and development. I suppose that ENABLE_LOCAL_CALLBACK_EXAMPLE env is set. Be aware that log rotation is not done for that file.

Regarding service disruption, could you switch to the forked project and get back with results?
Here is the project:

Thanks for the quick response @avoylenko , why should I change to the fork project, is https://github.com/chrishubert/whatsapp-api discontinuated? I've seen in the https://github.com/avoylenko/wwebjs-api project that this is no longer supported but it's not label

@RarceD the forked project contains essential fixes and improvements that are missing here. I can't force you to switch, feel free to await until @chrishubert gets back to repo. It up to @chrishubert to label the project as abandoned, i have no moral right to do so.

Thanks so much, @avoylenko I’ll be using your project’s Docker setup with ENABLE_LOCAL_CALLBACK_EXAMPLE disabled. I’ll reach out if I run into any issues. Really appreciate your continued work on this promising project!
