Bump elliptic, ethers and web3 in /docs

Removes [elliptic](https://github.com/indutny/elliptic). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [elliptic](https://github.com/indutny/elliptic), [ethers](https://github.com/ethers-io/ethers.js) and [web3](https://github.com/ChainSafe/web3.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `ethers` from 5.7.2 to 6.13.4
