@chalimar is going to mock up the screen shots so that they reflect the GitHub url of the person using, to demonstrate to development desired "fake" screenshots experience we are trying to make per user.

This is a sub issue of #42.

add #185 into flow making a decision tree at the gear (do you see the gear)?
if yes, keep tutorial the same
if no, show them alternate which has a cut and paste with info and a link to open an issue on that repo.

@giosce @emecas on Sunday lets wrap some of the decision made from this issue into our notes/annotations on the figma page flows and add the relevant (not all) details from this to a requirements doc for the tag generator.
