gstreamer missing plugin, more details required and misfit GUI output

Clementine often complains with a "missing gstreamer plugin" message...

Problems

• In the screenshot attached, track by Nero was able to play but wrongfully greyed out after track by Kroke failed to play
• the popup is really annoying, I'd definitely prefer a message in the shell : popup steals focus and is a nuisance to my current workflow.
• message is lacking details: which plugin is it missing? IMHO this is the most important detail

in fact there is a message in the shell, but it doesn't specify the filename (and/or missing plugin, so it's quite useless), and I find no option to disable popups
