Integrate topic / model evaluation

Some sort of topic and/or topic model evaluation should be integrated: either an internal evaluation of model quality (such as perplexity), and/or an evaluation of topic coherence for each topic (maybe using Palmetto: http://aksw.org/Projects/Palmetto.html).
