[EPIC] - Deprecate TeamMembership resources

Description

The Members of a Team have been moved to the status of the respective team for a while now.
This change has been done as the TeamMembership does not reflect a desired state, but rather is the observed state in SCIM.

With this working there are several changes to be done to migrate completely. Some Bugs surfaced that can be fixed with this Epic as well.

Objectives

• Dependent applications which use the TeamMembership are updated
• Team resources has the same status attributes showing the availability of the SCIM API
• Removal of the TeamMembership CRD

Acceptance Criteria

• Greenhouse Dashboards fetches Users from Team instead of TeamMembership
• Github Guard is updated to use the TeamMembership instead of the Team
• Teams are reconciled if the SCIM API Availability on the Organization changes.
