Bowen O III and N III lines (trac #406)

The Bowen O III and N III lines are predicted following http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1985ApJ...299..752N and their intensities had been reported. They are no longer in C17 and most have been left out in the rewrite of the line code. The physics is still done but the individual lines are not reported. They should be reported as in previous versions.
