Description of the bug

'Dual-wielding now fires both guns simultaneously.' does not work.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

It should fire both, it doesn't alternate or fire both.

How do we reproduce this bug?

Switch to dual wield fire both guns simultaneously.
Fire.
Doesn't work with SU-6 or M10.
