Hey as mentioned in the issue #278 , the issue is that it does not have a navbar. So i have added a navbar with the buttons Home,About Me, Projects, Contact. I have also added css to make it fit into the website. Also I have added a scroll animation for the navbar , so that when we scroll down the navbar disappears and when we scroll up the navbar pops up.
