Code-Server Login process and API

I am using code-server to set up my own webIDE, and to use copilot there is a process to login to Github, and that requires MFA with using a 8-digit device code everytime. Thinking of using certain API to bypass the authentication process , can we do so? and can anyone provide the authentication API to login?
