I looked through all the python files to find the dependencies that weren't standard amongst the language and put them as required dependencies in the README to help solve Issue #17.
I found that the user had to have QRCode, Django, Pandas, and FPDF to use run the code. I didn't build the project so I apologize if any of these are being installed already.
