fix: add versioned docs

The changes in this PR update the fern directory, specifically the v1.yml, v2.yml, fern.config.json, docs.yml, and `generators.yml files.

Summary

This PR updates the Cohere documentation, including the addition of a new v2 version.

Changes

• Version Update: The version in fern/fern.config.json has been updated from "0.37.6" to "0.37.13".
• New Version: A new v2 version has been added with the following changes:
  • v2.yml has been added, containing the new v2 documentation.
  • versions have been added to docs.yml, including a display-name, path, and slug for both v1 and v2. The v2 version is marked as beta.
• Documentation: The v1.yml file has been updated with new and modified documentation, including:
  • The addition of a tabs object with docs, api, release-notes, llmu, and cookbooks sections.
  • Updates to the landing-page and navigation sections, including changes to the Get Started and Models sections.
  • Modifications to the Text Generation section, including the addition of a RAG Connectors section.
  • Updates to the Text Embeddings and Fine-Tuning sections, including the addition of a Fine-tuning for Chat subsection.
  • Changes to the Going to Production, Integrations, Deployment Options, and Tutorials sections.
  • Modifications to the Responsible Use and Cohere for AI sections.
