Add Tailwind to the site

There's a couple options of how to add Tailwind to a Jekyll site (example http://github.com/vormwald/jekyll-tailwindcss). Let's Add Tailwind to the site so we can make it look pretty 😄

I started taking a stab setting up tailwind based on your link - just need to work out whether it's working as expected as I integrated Tailwind into my website just using node. I should be able to post a PR in the next day or so as time opens up.
