Implement Datafeed API component for advanced charting

After a careful consideration spark-candles service wasn't selected for implementing "mixed" data combining platform trades and some more liquid markets.

Instead, it may be better to use spark-candles service as UDF-compatible datafeed that's going to be combined with some other exchange-based datafeed.
