hasmin 1.0.3 can build with the latest bytestring and attoparsec packages!

Hi, thanks for the heads up and sorry for the late reply. I'll try updating it in the following days, but can't promise anything (been away from Haskell for quite some time unfortunately...). A a PR would also be welcomed!
