Failed to backup the database.

The mongodb backup that was working fine suddenly started not working.

Since that day, I still haven't been able to backup the database through the panel.

Below is the error.

2025-04-17T09:49:22.855+0000 Failed: can't create session: error configuring the connector: error configuring client, can't load CA file: open /etc/mongo/certs/ca.pem: no such file or directory

Can anyone who knows about this problem help me solve this? I look forward to your advice and comments.
