function-patch-and-transform example mutates composite metadata which is not supported

What's Wrong?

The example using function-patch-and-transform has ToCompositeFieldPathpatch which modifies the composite metadata. This is valid in Legacy P&T but is not supported infunction-patch-and-transform. The example should be patching to the composite status` object instead.
