Diese Ausarbeitung fasst die Ergebnisse des Projektpraktikums Kognitive Automobile zusammen, welches sich im Wintersemester 2013/2014 mit dem Thema \emph{virtuelles Testen} im Bereich des hoch- und vollautomatischen Fahrens beschäftigt.
Die Aspekte ``driverless and self-driving'' gewinnen in der heutigen Automobil- und Robotik-Industrie immer mehr an Bedeutung.
Dabei werden effiziente und kostengünstige Testmethoden immer wichtiger, um reale Felderprobung und kritische Testszenarien so weit wie möglich zu reduzieren. 

Die Ausarbeitung behandelt die Konzipierung und Realisierung einer virtuellen Test- und Simulationsumgebung, welche die Möglichkeit bieten soll, einem Testfahrer Fahrsituationen auch ohne realen Verkehr darzustellen. 
Der hier vorgestellte Ansatz ermöglicht es somit, Testszenarien beliebig oft und unfallfrei reproduzieren zu können.

Als Grundlage für virtuelle Testfahrten soll mittels einer Augmented-Reality-Brille eine Möglichkeit der \textit{Objekteinblendung} geschaffen werden, welche die Basis der Testumgebung bildet.
Des Weiteren muss für eine Bestimmung der Kopforientierung des Testfahrers das sogenannte \textit{Headtracking} realisiert werden. 
Dabei spielt die Kalibrierung der Augmented-Reality-Brille sowie die Integration in den Versuchsträger \textit{CoCar} eine maßgebliche Rolle.
