New supervisor API: reset field to default value

This can be done from the GUI by right clicking, but there is no (to my knowledge) way of setting a field value back to its default value using the Supervisor, other than knowing what the default value actually is and setting that manually (which is easier said than done if the parameter is a "complex" SFNode, for instance.
