Documentation for internal work

As a new cycles user, I would have appreciated some internals documentation.

For example I notice that my index.html is injected with something.

Also, an idea on all the magic works. I just seem to be able to run everything in development mode and that is it. Some documentation on what is going on would really help a newbie like me to outgrow create-cycle-app.

Its great that all works, but it is a bit spooky and I am afraid of being stuck with so much magic I do not understand.
