Some shortcuts not working

On the Permission Details screen, tapping on the App icon gives an error for some of the permissions, such as:

1. Install unknown sources
2. Ignore Battery Optimization
3. Storage related permissions (All files access and Manage Media are fine)

and may be some others too.

If direct intent is not available, then the shortcut can redirect to the parent intent, if that is available, such as App Info page if Files and Media permission cannot be launched directly.
