[Question]: Why am I encountering timeout errors with my MCP servers when using the following combined configurations, even though each configuration works individually?

Hey , I have the following config for my - mcp servers

mcpServers:
sequential-thinking:
command: npx
args:
- -y
- "@modelcontextprotocol/server-sequential-thinking"
memory:
command: npx
args:
- -y
- "@modelcontextprotocol/server-memory"

My servers are getting a time out. In multiple config they do not work.
Is some thing wrong in my setting?

Now the error in the backend is -

When I individually use both the configs it works, together it does not.

When I individually use the servers-

, they work.

Using the latest dev-api.

I reviewed timeout issues at length already in a separate thread. There is no fixed timeout, please read through the discussion and make sure you are up to date:

You can also configure initTimeout to extend the amount of time allowed for initialization of the MCP server:
