Create a test file

"One idea I’ve had but not had time to attempt is to create a proper test file – one that would exercise all of the error checking queries at least once. The script itself could be the vehicle for creating the test file – after loading an existing file into the temp tables, delete all the rows, then insert into the temp tables replacement records, each one designed to trigger a particular validation error. At the end of this, you can run the export code segment to have a XML format test file, and you can test from it from now on without all that temp table manipulation. Probably need to set a day aside to write all the test cases though, perhaps one to revisit when the spec for the 2022-23 validation rolls round."
