This feels like a direct duplicate of #62 ?

Both IGD and Uniwig should warn the user before overwriting any outputs.

Probably will just give it an overwrite flag to toggle and if the user does not use the flag, IGD will error and refuse to create and overwrite a database.

However, when it does overwrite it should do it appropriately by ensuring it overwrites the files not just appending to any in the directory. Uniwig has a similar problem where it will append to items that exist as opposed to overwriting.
