Found during investigation for #74

When attempting to process a bam file with a chrom.sizes file containing over 2000 chroms, gtars uniwig fails with error:

Error when opening bigwig /home/drc/Downloads/gtars_74_issue/output/test_chrUn_JAAHUQ010000530v1_shift.bw. Skipping due to error: IoError(Os { code: 24, kind: Uncategorized, message: "Too many open files" })

This is on a local instance (workstation laptop) running Ubuntu 20.

Will need to rethink the bw file merge process.
