In #9414, the HuggingFaceTEIRanker was introduced.

This component allows reranking with Text Embeddings Inference (TEI) API:
self-hosted or using Hugging Face Inference Endpoints.

HF TEI is "a blazing fast inference solution for text embeddings models".

We should add a documentation page for this component.
