Potential issue with TSM tier reagent price retrieval in Recipe Scan->Reagent allocation : optimization method.

I sometimes have Craftsim Recipe Scan always selecting the lowest tier of reagents when using "optimize reagent" for reagent allocation.

I asked perplexity.ai to attempt to investigate the issue and it seem to have found a potentially related issue tied to a commit in PriceData.lua
