[Craft Queue] Wrong concentration cost in queue when logging in #816

Describe the bug
Logging into a character that has a pending recipe in the Craft Queue results in the concentration cost being wrong. Reloading once logged in fixes the concentration cost.

The wrong concentration cost listed in the Craft Queue doesn't affect the actual craft which will use the appropriate amount of concentration. This does tend to leave a single craft dangling as CraftSim thinks there is not enough concentration to continue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a recipe requiring concentration to the craft queue.
  2. Log out and log back in.
  3. Craft Queue's concentration cost for that recipe has changed.

Expected behavior
Concentration cost in the Craft Queue doesn't change when logging in.

Addon Version: [e.g. 19.7.1]
19.8.3

Additional context
Possibly only affects Enchanting recipes?

Checked with only CraftSim and Auctionator addons enabled.
