E.g. use GEN_UNUSED1 to store the initial pitch bend range in the soundfont instrument itself (like N64 does), and let ANMP use that value via fluid_synth_get_gen() to initialize the fluid_synth_pitch_wheel_sens() or CC4 in case of DP.
