Could you please provide a solution for resolving two issues? Specifically:
A: ChatWoot => WAHA
The messages appears twice on WhatsApp.
For example, when I type "hello" in the Chatwoot, it shows up twice as two separate consecutive messages on WhatsApp.
B: WAHA => ChatWoot
When a new number sends a message via WhatsApp, and on the ChatWoot side, two new conversations are created—one without any content and the other containing the correct content, which the sender sent from their WhatsApp.
