Better package handling

There is no real functional changes with this release, however there is a major improvement to the handling of package installs. Using the ensure_packages feature in stdlib this module should now not create issues if packages are already defined in other modules you are using.

First Release

This is the first release of the rpmbuild puppet module. This module will set up the needed directories and software for making RPMs on RHEL systems and Fedora. Please read the documentation for a full set of details on the module.
