Is there any tentative schedule on when docker model runner will be available for Linux systems?

Hi @tepelbaum,
If you are talking about the Model Runner with Docker Engine on Linux, the answer is: yes.
What is not prioritised yet, is Model Runner with Docker Desktop on Linux.
