Blazor WASM working in a Orchard Core CMS Module.

I can get Blazor WASM to work with an Orchard Core CMS Application but it has to be called from the Main CMS Web Project. When I try to use the module framework thus creating an Orchard Core CMS module or theme which is a separate project/assembly / DLL it does not work. Is this a limitation with Blazor? Any help would be appreciated. I will be happy to share my feeble attempts.

I would very much appreciate it if someone would get back to me. It would be nice to understand the internals of how Blazor WebAssembly works with an ASP.NET Core MVC Razor Application. Any link to documentation would be helpful.
